Money well spent.

I’ve been teaching since 2012 and have led 14 retreats. I truly believe there’s no better way to reset your mind, body and restore your sanity! You’ll return feeling relaxed, refreshed, and energized.

I taught my first class at the age of 19, spent a chapter of my life in Film/TV production, then returned to teaching full-time in 2012.  Movement has always been my home base, and today I offer dynamic, intermediate-level classes designed to uplift, strengthen, and restore.  I am a 200-hour RYT, 100-hour certified Sculpt teacher, and Daily Method Barre-certified instructor. I teach a lot of different things.

My fun retreats are designed for everyone — all genders, all bodies, all abilities, and all ages are welcome. I am deeply committed to creating diversity-forward spaces that center BIPOC perspectives, while also welcoming my non-BIPOC friends and allies to the table. If you are a progressive person, and you want to hang out with progressive people, than my retreats are for you.

My power yoga classes are physically grounded and spiritually centering—intended to bring calm and comfort to your inner self. Sculpt and barre sessions are music-driven, high-energy, and creative, with a focus on total-body length, strength, and stamina.

Expect a thoughtful mix of some challenging movement alongside deeply restorative postures. We’ll move in all directions—big, fast, slow, and small—always rooted in alignment and guided by breath.

We know exercise is a pathway to reducing stress, unlocking potential, and quieting the noise. So I believe, a good class should feel like a big hug. No matter what, I want you to leave feeling a little lighter, brighter, and bolder.

In 2020, my family and I relocated to Portland after 25 years in the Bay Area, and we love it here. What brings me joy? Connecting with students. Long walks with my dog. Date nights with my husband. Hang time with my siblings. Clothes. Wood-fired pizza. Traveling. Not traveling. Reading. Thinking. Sitting still. Moving fast. Sleeping.

I look forward to seeing you on retreat—and sharing space where self-care takes center stage.
