HBG Retreats
My diversity forward retreats are about so much more than yoga. From the people that attend, to the types of classes I offer -- I'm passionate about creating a space for people from different backgrounds with common interests, and celebrating movement in all its forms. I'm certified in Sculpt, Yin, Power Yoga, and Barre, and I weave a mix of these into each retreat. Whether you’re craving intensity, stillness, or somewhere in between, you’ll find variety and balance in the classes I offer.​

If you’ve never been on a retreat before, I get it — it can feel intimidating:

The short answer - it’s all going to be OK. It’s going to be great. My retreats are beginner-friendly but designed to challenge those who crave a good sweat.
However you arrive — out of practice, unsure, or excited and ready — you’ll settle into an incredible experience that’s built for you.

And yes — everything is optional. Some people do every class and meal, others take 80% and spend the rest reading, napping, exploring, or sipping cocktails. There’s no right way to retreat. This is your time and your experience.
